Our Workflow

  • 1. Product Consultation

    We begin by understanding your needs, product types, design preferences, materials, and branding goals. This helps us align with your vision and suggest the best options for your white label range.

    2. Design & Sampling

    The sampling process involves creating equipment tailored to the design specifications. All patterns are cut and marked for sample preparation, whether it's padding molds for injection molding, cutting blades for multilayer foam, screens for printing, or Digital Printing, or heat transfer stickers. At Andora Sports, we leverage all our expertise to ensure the final product is both efficient and comfortable.

  • 3. Inventory Management

    In this stage, all the materials are sorted and prepared, including the type of outer fabric that is to be used, Lining, Closure system, Foam paddings etc. The team at Andora Sports inspecs the quality of every single item before it is sent ahead to the next process.

    4. Process Chart Preparation

    Upon customer approval of the digital/sketch sample, we compile a detailed production workflow along with a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) to facilitate order execution. This documentation serves as the blueprint for: Material procurement Manufacturing scheduling Quality control benchmarks Efficient production progression This structured approach ensures seamless transition from sample validation to full-scale manufacturing, maintaining precision and consistency throughout the production lifecycle.

  • 5. Material Processing & Cutting Phase

    Following thorough material inspection and verification, the approved components advance to our precision cutting department. Our skilled technicians meticulously execute all cutting operations with strict adherence to: Pre-approved patterns Design specifications Quality tolerances Material optimization protocols

    6.Product Development

    At this point, product fabrication starts in our development center, where the design team delivers a technical dossier with all essential production details. This transition turns the original design into a final product fulfilling all defined criteria.

    With approved requirement samples in hand, we proceed to manufacture by locking in the final order. Our elite craftsmen blend artistry and engineering to elevate raw materials into masterful designs.
